EcoBling Trading Terms and Conditions


STATEMENT:

EcoBling partners with retailers whose ethos aligns with our mission.
At EcoBling, we pride ourselves on our unique method of sourcing materials and process of production. Slight variation in final product should be expected based on availability of origin materials and conditions of manufacturing.

TERM AND CONDITIONS:

  1. Minimum orders are $400 for first order, $250 for reorders and $400 for each order if you are outside Australia or NZ. GST is included in prices. 
  2. Payment can be made via credit/debit card, PayPal, or direct bank transfer (if you'd like to bank transfer you must get in touch and ask for an invoice).
  3. Payment must be made in full prior to shipment. Orders placed at trade shows or market events usually require minimum of 50% payment at time of request, with remainder to be completed before shipment; orders placed via website must be paid in full upon placement.
  4. Deposits are non-refundable.
  5. Goods become product of buyer only after payment has been made in full.
  6. Cost of shipping is not included in product price and is subject to change.
  7. Shipments are normally filled and posted within one (1) month from date of order placement. Delivery time frame is subject to change based on location of recipient, availability of source materials, and volume of order.
  8. All orders exit Eumundi, QLD warehouse.
  9. Any stock deemed faulty by buyer must be returned to Eumundi, QLD warehouse within ten (10) days of receipt of goods. This does not include reasonable variation in tone, shade, colouration, or shape of product. 
  10. Faulty stock returns must be arranged in writing via email to katie@ecobling.com.au. Returns not accepted for change of mind.
  11. Prices subject to change based on material of origin; information available upon re-order.
  12. Change of ownership of goods must be arranged in writing via email to katie@ecobling.com.au.
